How are Payschedules adjusted for Service Interruptions?

Member payments need to be deleted during the time period of an Approved Service Interruption.  A Service Interruption status of Approved fires a workflow sending an email alert to the Advisor to update Member payments.  Members then delete payments related to the Interruption Start and End Date or the Date the member will be not participating with The SCA.  

Here is a copy of the email received informing you a change to the Payschedule needs to be made related to a new Service Interruption.
