Sync an Email with Salesforce

Highlight an Email and Click on Sync

Highlight an Email and Click on Sync

1.  Highlight the email line

2.  Click on Add Email, view the icon at the top of your Outlook page

1.  Email shows that it has been sent to Salesforce

Click on Unresolved Items

1.  Review any unresolved items by clicking on the link.

2.  Review the message from Salesforce which shows you have records which were added to Salesforce but need to be assigned to the corresponding record.  Click close.

3.  Reivew the type of unresolved item i.e. it could be an event, email or task.

4.  Click on any of the types and match them to the correct record.
