Validate the following detail 1. email, 2. title, 3. company name, 4. address and 5. phone number.

Validate your 6. time zone, 7. language and 8. currency.

Hit Save!

Type in your 1. old password and add a 2. new password and 3. verify the new password.

Enter a 4. unique question and 5. answer that is only something you would know as a password hint, try not to use your mothers maiden name.

6. Hit Save!

Note:  Your password will expire every 90 days, you can choose your own unique password.  A good rule of thumb is to take your existing password and add a number or a letter to the end of your password which makes it easier to manage.  

Reset my Security Token

1.  Click on reset security token if you plan to travel extensively or plan to log in from another computer.  

Your security token allows you to login from anywhere without any security issues, just enter your security token after your password.

Note:  Your security token will reset when your password resets every 90 days.

Please set up a personal group with other users in the organization that you may share views, reports or dashboards.  By creating a group you can easily add users in the same role or office for access without remembering all the users names.

Please provide access to each other (both recruiters, telesales representatives and managers) in your organization so appointments and meetings can be set.  

Click on the Add button and add the user (s), if you are a recruiter please give access to the Telesales Manager and User in your region, also provide access to your manager so he/she can view your calendar to schedule department and company meetings.

Note:  The access level that is most commonly used to Show Details and Add Events.

My Email Setting is the area where you set the defaults for your outgoing emails; you select how your name and email address appear and what your specific signature will read when you send out emails to your applicants.

Note:  You may also select an attachment to be sent with any of your templates.

Salesforce to Outlook Connector - Contact your Technical Support Team to Install

Each user can set up their Outlook Connector, this enables each user to sync emails and meetings (events) with their Salesforce calendar.  Be sure to contact your desktop administrator to download the connector.  Your outlook application will allow you to select emails that you wish to sync back to Salesforce and attach to an applicant or the application related to the applicant (contact).

Please set up your Chatter settings, please note that you should default your settings to the basic information, you could get an overload of information that is not related to your applicant or his/her application. It is best practice to follow the applicant and not the users in your organization.
